Introducing the flagship model of Forestone saxophones - the RX Series.
Featuring Rolled Tone Holes with special mechanical construction to create a focused, big and broad tone. ‘Made in Japan’ by master craftsman these saxophones are engineered with a Hybrid Post Construction and undergo a complete cryogenic FVCT treatment on the body and neck making these saxophones really sing.
The Forestone RX range offer fast response and comes equiped with high quality Pisoni Pro Pads with metal resonators, mother of pearl key touches, blue steel springs, adjustable metal thumb hook, and beautiful hand engraving on the body and neck.
The Gold Lacquered has a powerful and broad modern sound which can be easily manipulate to suit a range of playing styles making it a flexible all-round horn, from traditional jazz to classical.
The Unlacquered model has a bright and responsive core sound which also be manipulated to suit a range of styles. Great for contemporary / commercial music.
The Red Brass model has a warm focused sound. It offers a little more resistance to the player making it an ideal classical saxophone. It is still quite flexible and can be used in a range of settings.
